Blue Sky Holidays LLC is a travel agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing UAE visa application and documentation support. We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that is:

• Your full name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address
• Your nationality
• The visa type you are asking about
• Your intended travel date
• Any message or details you choose to write
• For the Golden Visa pre-check: the applicant type, investment band, profession category, education level, current UAE status and whether family sponsorship is needed

Alongside your submission our server also records the date and time, which page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We keep these to investigate abuse and to block automated spam.

We do not ask for passport scans, photographs or payment details through this website. If we need documents from you, we will ask separately once an advisor is handling your case.

This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking software. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no behavioural profiling. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. The third parties listed below are used to run the site itself — a captcha to stop spam and a blog feed — not to track you.

We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own. The only thing this site stores in your browser is a short-lived note, cleared when you close the tab, recording that you dismissed the mobile enquiry popup so it does not reappear.

One exception is worth stating plainly: the Google reCAPTCHA that protects our forms from spam does set its own cookies and does read how you interact with the form, as described below. That is how it distinguishes a person from a bot. We use it for security only, not to advertise to you or to measure your visit.

To answer your enquiry, advise on the right visa route, prepare and support your application, and contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you use the newsletter form, we use your email address to send visa news and updates until you ask us to stop.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add enquiry contacts to the newsletter without being asked.

Submissions are written to a file on our own hosting account, in a directory outside the public web folder so it cannot be reached from the internet, and a copy is emailed to our sales inbox. Our hosting and mail are provided by GoDaddy on servers located in the United States, which means your information is transferred outside the UAE for storage.

Access is limited to staff who handle enquiries. We protect the site with HTTPS so what you submit is encrypted in transit.

• GoDaddy, our hosting and email provider, which necessarily stores the data on our behalf.
• UAE government authorities and their authorised systems, but only where you have asked us to submit an application and only the information that application requires.
• Google Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. No form data is sent to them.
• Soro (app.trysoro.com), which supplies the blog feed on our home page. Loading that feed means Soro receives your IP address and browser details. No form data and nothing you type is sent to them.
• Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms are protected by reCAPTCHA to stop automated abuse. Google receives your IP address and interaction data with the form in order to tell a person from a bot, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The name, phone number and email you type are not sent to Google.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we never sell it.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to advise you and to meet our record keeping obligations, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by UAE law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry and stop contacting you
• Remove you from the newsletter

Email sales@blueskyholidays.co and we will action it. There is no charge, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 other than as part of a family visa application submitted by a parent or guardian.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
